Andtropia is an innovative and unique project in Andorra, a company specializing in philanthropic giving and projects with a high social impact.<\/p>

Our vocation is to help entities with the management of social projects and to join their will to make the world a better place by collaborating in local and international initiatives that need a boost to have a significant social impact.<\/b>.<\/p>

We are professionals in the management of solidarity and have a global vision, without forgetting the solidarity projects of Andorra. At present, we offer two main areas of service. The first is aimed at the management of solidarity (philanthropy) in a personalized way and with tailored projects. The second is to assist NGOs and institutions in the rights of the most vulnerable groups and other aspects associated to the management of these types of institutions and social projects.<\/p>

The wish of Andtropia is to be faithful to our purpose and values. Therefore, we must be consistent with social projects that respond to a good cause<\/b>. For a social project to be adopted by us, it must meet the criteria established by our company. In other words, we value innovation and how potential answers are given to a specific problem, how the results are achieved and the way recipients value them.<\/p>

    Fundadora d\u2019Andtropia, empresa especialitzada en projectes amb impacte social. Posem en contacte persones que volen contribuir a crear un m\u00f3n millor i projectes de diversos \u00e0mbits que necessiten un impuls per posar-se en marxa o per assolir m\u00e9s abast, beneficiant a un nombre major de persones.<\/p>

    Actualment, ha estat nomenada Directora de l\u2019Institut Nacional de l\u2019Habitatge.<\/p>

    Graduate in Business (UOC), in Leadership and Management in NGOs (ESADE) and master\u2019s degree in Childhood Rights and Policies at a Local Level (Pablo de Olavide University \u2013 Sevilla), among other training.<\/p>

    A regular columnist of the Diari d\u2019Andorra, with opinion articles focusing on social, solidarity and philanthropic issues and highlighting aspects that directly or indirectly affect childhood.<\/p>

    More than 20 years of experience in the banking sector followed by 10 years at the head of the National Committee of Andorra for UNICEF, visiting projects in Jordan, Thailand, Cameroon, Republic of the Congo and Mauritania to know first-hand how solidarity can improve the lives of thousands of children and their families.<\/p>

    Cap de projectes d\u2019Andtropia, amb m\u00e9s de 10 anys d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia en el tercer sector (Enginyeria Sense Fronteres primer i UNICEF despr\u00e9s). Gr\u00e0cies a la seva experi\u00e8ncia en organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019esdeveniments, campanyes de sensibilitzaci\u00f3,comunicaci\u00f3 i moda sostenible podrem ampliar el nostre impacte social.<\/p>

    Llicenciada en Hist\u00f2ria(UAB), postgraduada en direcci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 d\u2019ONG (ESADE) i protocol i organitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019esdeveniments (ESPRI) i m\u00e0ster en direcci\u00f3 d\u2019associacions i fundacions (UB), entre altres formacions.<\/p>

    Postgraduada en Imatge Personal (ESME) i Moda Sostenible (UAL: Central Saint Martins)), una de les seves grans passions. Tamb\u00e9 li apassiona el cinema, la lectura, viatjar i el ioga.<\/p>
