Last week we signed a collaboration agreement with Enterprising Women Lab and Cultur\u00e0llia to participate as third sector specialists, in their Free Women's Entrepreneurship Consultancy. The aim is to help new entrepreneurs with their doubts about issues related to how to start their project from a social point of view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n From Andtropia, we believe and defend that a company's social action can be carried out in different ways and that it can be part of the business strategy from the moment an entrepreneur considers her project, from the zero moment<\/p>\n\n\n\n .<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n The range of possibilities to make an entrepreneurship project, a project that takes into account and incorporates the social action of the beginning, is wider than it may seem at first. It is clear that some of the options, and perhaps the most well-known, are direct donations to a project led by an NGO or sponsorship of a charity event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n .<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n But why don't we include among our regular suppliers companies that already include the social side in their service offering? Why don't we hire a graphic design agency that has people with disabilities on their team to create our logo for us? Why is the catering on the day of our presentation not prepared by a socio-labor insertion company? These are just a couple of examples of services that a company can hire and that are offered by social insertion companies, but the list could be longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n .<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n And the sooner we have it implemented in the company, as has happened with environmental and sustainable management that is already part of the day-to-day business and that decisions are already taken taking sustainability into account, the sooner we will obtain results with social impact .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
