This is an innovative course and for the first time in Andorra and it iss the result of a collaboration between the University of Andorra and Andtropia.

The associative sector of the oenegés in Andorra is very rich and varied and mainly led by volunteers.

As declared by the Foundation of Solidarity and Volunteering of the Valencian Community (Fundar). "the need to face new challenges at every moment demands from NGOs an economic effort that sometimes they cannot afford, slowing down the improvement of the qualification of their teams". This training aims to be the tool that facilitates the work carried out by these professionals and volunteers in the country.

Coordinated by the founder and director of Andtropia, Marta Alberch, the aim of this refresher course in NGO and non-profit management organized by the University of Andorra is to provide a practical guide on the management of non-profit organizations, from their foundation to their development and growth, including the definition of short and long-term objectives, the communication and dissemination of the projects they work on, transparency finance and the best practices in people management, among other aspects, all with an innovative and creative orientation and from a practical perspective applied to real cases.

This program is aimed both at managers and technicians in charge of managing a non-profit organization and at people interested in collaborating on social projects.

It consists of 7 modules spread over 9 sessions of 3 hours and the students will have to work on a challenge that can be found in any non-profit organization today. The sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 18 to 21 at the University of Andorra and will start on March 8, 2022 until May 17, 2022.

The speakers of the course are experts and professionals in the different areas that will be covered, such as the financial and legal area, people management, strategy, communication, marketing, awareness-raising, resource mobilization and social innovation.
