In these designated dates during which it is difficult for us not to do Christmas shopping, we can propose to do them as much as possible in solidarity.
.
Now that the Christmas holidays are approaching with uncle and kings very close, it's time for our letter to be as supportive as possible. Nowadays, many of the Andorran (and also foreign) NGOs offer us a wide range of products to give as gifts and also for our day-to-day life, which have nothing to envy to those we can find in any store.
.
To make it easy for you, we have made a collection of solidarity options for these days that will serve as a gift for your invisible friend as well as for your family. There are some to pick and mix, as they say.
.
Jewelry, bags, Christmas decorations, and much more is what you can find at the shop and services of the Private Foundation Nostra Senyora de Meritxell. Felt trees, soaps, Christmas wreaths, card holders, among other products and gifts, made with all the enthusiasm for their users. My favorite la cotton bag inspired by Frida Khalo and other renowned artists.
.
If you like crafts and products made from recycled materials, we have two options for you. On the one hand, we have the Coconut Water store where we find necklaces and bracelets made of natural materials so beautiful that you would take them all with you, but the ones that are really fun and more sustainable are the hangers for keys made of cans and in the shape of a bus! And you can also buy music, from Malagasy Gospel, the choir made up of girls and teenagers from the most disadvantaged neighborhoods of Tulear in Madagascar.
.
And on the other hand, we have the collection of bags and covers that Marissa fromAndwearis, has benefited of Unicef Andorra with advertising canvases donated by VSA Comunicació. Unique pieces that protect the environment and children's rights!
.
And if you're a fan of second-hand markets, be sure to stop by one of the shops that charisma and the Unicef charms they are open in La Massana, Sant Julià de Lòria or Escaldes-Engordany. You will surely find some very special treasure to give to that very special person and you will support very special projects!!!
.
And to end today's post, let me introduce Leela, Sanju, Kanchan and Ruckman. They are the four artisans from the sewing workshop of Naya Nagar, launched by NGO ItWillBe in India They have designed fantastic scarves, backpacks, masks, bags, "katan", turbans or necklaces that guarantee them a decent salary thanks to which their sons and daughters can go to school. Solidarity elegance with touches of Hindu culture!
